We’re a small studio with big ideas, founded by an architectural designer and a business mind, partners in both life and work. After years of living outside India, we chose to stay in Kerala and start something of our own - something slower, more rooted, and true to the kind of life we wanted to build.

 

That idea became Nagara Architects.

 

Every project begins with listening deeply to its context, people, and purpose. Rooted in nature, our design language is guided by natural light, airflow, and the quiet intelligence of nature, crafting spaces that breathe and support well-being. Beyond drawings, we focus on the details - refining every corner to reflect your rhythms, comforts, and way of life.

Based in Kodungallur, Thrissur, our name draws from Nagara - a word that means city, but also speaks of ancient temple forms. To us, it carries rhythm, resilience, and a quiet cultural weight.
