Completed Project 2025

This project involved the complete transformation of an existing two-storey structure into a fully functional district-level party office.

The brief called for a dignified and approachable public face—something that respected the original form while giving it renewed presence. The facade was re-articulated with clean lines and softened edges, with fresh plasterwork and a disciplined color palette lending it a crisp, civic quality.

Inside, spatial reorganization and minimal contemporary finishes helped reframe old interiors into efficient and welcoming workspaces. The refurbished building now accommodates reception areas, administrative rooms, meeting spaces and private offices—all designed to operate smoothly within the limitations of the existing shell.

Completed on a demanding schedule, the project stands as a modest yet effective reworking of a civic building—contributing to its public role with clarity and care. The studio was honoured to receive a memento at its inauguration, marking the project’s role in supporting the local community.
